Created by the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP), the Customers at the Center course will help you use customer insights to better design products and services that put the customer’s needs and priorities first. It will foster your understanding of how to generate value for your organization and the customers. It will present best practices related to customer centricity and provide you with tools that you can incorporate in your daily work.

The course is organized in six modules:

  • Getting started
  • Making the case
  • Learning from customers
  • Designing solutions
  • Understanding value
  • Organizing for delivery

Within each module, you'll watch an introductory video, complete a self-paced lesson, conduct an activity to practice what you have learned, have access to additional resources and get the chance to ask your facilitator(s) questions.
